Real life can be boring and sometimes bleak. Our lives are shaped by routine: get up, eat, go to work, get home, do housework, go to bed. We never open our closets to see a little sprinkling of Narnian snow on the shoulders of shirts. We never meet talking rabbits running late or grinning Cheshire cats. We never find fairies dancing at the bottom of our gardens. But still we want to believe in the possibility of magic. This artwork reminds us that magic is everywhere, we just need to open our hearts and minds to it!

Enduring love in a romantic relationship is what we all hope and strive for. Couples that last for decades are true companions and best friends to one another. When you are best friends with your partner, you support them in all that they do. You're there with a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen. You are committed to making sure that they are happy, and you are committed to spending time with one another. Best friends can tell each other anything, and they can help each other through problems, even between the two of them. This little artwork is a gentle reminder to your partner that they are loved & appreciated.

Inhale. Exhale. Breathwork is the active form of consciously working your breath to bypass the mind and enter a different state of awareness. This is what most people seek when meditating, and breathwork takes you to that place very quickly. The practice gives the brain's executive functioning something to focus on, so you can bypass the mental level of consciousness and drop into a deeper state of consciousness, where healing, spirit, and love reside.

Take for instance, your fingerprints; they are unique and yet you are the only one with them. Ideally, everyone faces different challenges and gain different experiences. The fact that each one of us has a different life journey means we all have different stories to tell.

Self-compassion and self-care are highly important for maintaining and improving your mental health. Being kind to yourself is the practice of treating yourself with care, respect, and love. Excessive self-criticism can increase stress levels and negative emotions, impacting mental and physical health. Being kinder to yourself means understanding you are your worst critic and not stressing over the little things. Having perspective and going easy on yourself will make managing hard times and day-to-day feelings easier.

We find a plethora of things to distract us from doing what we could/should be doing! Checking social media, watching funny cat videos or rearranging our underwear drawer, all great ways to stop us 'just doing it'. This card reminds us to be motivated, make a plan, don't wait till tomorrow...make it happen today!! You'll feel so much better for taking the action! Don't stop...keep your momentum!

The more we cling to the things that slow us down, distract us, infuriate us, numb us, or hold us back, the less we can expand the breadth of our lives— and yet, because those things are familiar, they are all too easy to cling to. Everyone carries baggage. Everyone has bad memories. Everyone has something producing drag against the forward motion of their lives. Everyone, if they so choose, can carry negative emotions, grudges, anger, resentments, grievances, regrets, and worries for their entire lives — and shorten the quality and quantity of their years as a consequence. This little art piece reminds us to take a deep breath and ‘let go'.

Happiness is finding joy in everyday experiences. When you choose to include other people in your happiness, then with it comes community—in both social networks and shared experiences. Happiness is the smart choice because deep down it’s what you’re striving for; it’s what other people want, too. When we’re choosing happiness together, we’re choosing to care for each other, and the whole world opens up to infinite possibilities!

A "judgment-free zone" is a setting where friends turn a blind eye to petty social gaffes in the interest of promoting a laid back environment. The term is often used to assure another person that they do not need to worry about behaviour (their own or that of another) for which they just apologised.

It’s through your imagination that you can see a future that does not currently exist and with that picture in your mind you can start to take steps toward making it a reality. Imagination can often be a hidden power that could be the one thing we need to bring about our greatest successes.

Fairy dust, stars, Christmas lights, Hanukkah candles, freshly fallen snow, a lake when the sun hits it just right — all of these things sparkle. That means they shine with a bright, glistening, shimmering light. Sparkle can also refer to joy or merriment. When you're having a really good time, your face will sparkle. As a verb, sparkle means to be lively and excited, or to be so brilliant at something that you shine above the rest.

There are 7.8 billion people on this planet...and as hard as the right person may be to find, I promise you – they’re out there. The good ones do exist and they’re within reach. The thing we have to remember, is we accept the love we think we deserve.

This means if we don’t value ourselves, we’re likely to end up with someone who doesn’t really value us either. We’re also likely to settle for a relationship that’s not as fulfilling as it could be… Compromising on the level of love we want or not even being fully aware that it’s possible to have more.
